What is TapCy Provider?+
TapCy Provider is a free platform for taxi agencies and transport providers to manage drivers and vehicles, run dispatch, and optionally receive ride demand from TapCy.
Do you charge for our own trips?+
No. If you manage and track only your own trips, there is no fee. TapCy charges commission only on trips that TapCy provides.
How does the 10% commission work?+
TapCy takes 10% only on TapCy-demanded trips. The rest of the fare goes to your agency. Commission is applied to prepaid rides; cash rides can be settled monthly.
